To be honest I thought cool to look at but essentially meaningless. If that was your goal however then you accomplished it well.

Good for a first flash

This is pretty good, I think, but a lot of people make these kinds of movies, so it's not very original. That's how flash artists get better though, by starting from the basics. Overall, for your first submission, you've done a fine job.
